We fight for the Children's Rights in our world!

We have, during our journeys on earth, experienced a great need and poverty of children in different countries. The children's situation has also grown even worse around the world. We face that children today suffer from heavy health problems, undernourishment and malnutrition, problems of drugs and prostitution together with absence of attention and real love. These are the motives behind our initiative to establish and set up the Universal Child Welfare Foundation (UCWF).

The purpose is to strongly support and help needy children by different forms of engagements. We have the whole world as a platform. Our motto is: "It's always better to do something for the children's welfare and good than to give up from the beginning"! In our universal world every child has the right to have a professional care, nutritious food, clean water, a good place to live in, necessary medical treatments and a purposeful education.

We will fight for the children's rights in our world! We will exert ourselves to the utmost to increase the consciousness of the general public about the situation for needy children in different countries. We now appeal to people, organisations and companies which whole-heartedly will support our activities to improve the living conditions for needy children in the world.

Every child in the world has a right to have a rich growth environment. This means that all basic needs of children should be satisfied. Children need first of all love. A child needs a family and a home, based on tenderness, cordiality and security. All children have the right to go to school and be well-educated for life. Our children should not need to be hungry, feel cold, be beaten and maltreated, work hard and drudge, be put in prison or become victims for sexual harassment. The children must have a protection against all kind of injustice that violates their rights to have good living conditions on earth.

The purpose of the Universal Child Welfare Foundation (UCWF) is to strongly support and help needy children in several countries through different forms of engagements. By needy children we mean children who are orphans, homeless, diseased or handicapped. We want to give such exposed children a complete and harmonious development "heart to heart" in a social environment of happiness, love and understanding. The children's needs will be in the centre of attraction and the welfare of the children will always come in the first place. We wish to improve the conditions for children in jeopardy and to create opportunities for the best beginning in their new lives!

Our Strategy:

Long-term development, not emergency relief

By making study tours to selected and preferential countries, we in the Universal Child Welfare Foundation (UCWF) will identify and examine material, social and emotional needs for poor children. Experiences and lessons learned from these journeys form a basis for how we should give direct aid contributions efficiently and in the best possible way. The strategy is to give "help to self-help" primarily to support social mission work for poor or exposed children and to establish children's home as rehabilitation centers. This means a focus on long-term development of children, not on emergency relief of acute situations. An important task is to inform and report about the situation for needy children to the general public trough different media.
